It is a nightmare when Windows and Linux share one EFI Partition. 
Therefore I always use separate EFI partitions for Linux and Windows.

For this to work the installer needs to let me set 
a) the boot device if more than one disk is installed
b) must not force select the first EFI partition on the boot drive.

I need to be able to configure /boot/efi to any exfat partition with
boot,system flags on the boot drive.
