### What changes were proposed in this pull request?
Handle lowercase values inside of nestTypeMissingElementTypeError to prevent
match errors.
### Why are the changes needed?
The previous match error was not user-friendly. Now it gives an actionable
`INCOMPLETE_TYPE_DEFINITION` error.
