 Nope, the symbols were _not_ broken, some were missing as of the
1.1.10-1 version. I have added those back in the 1.2.0-2 package
version.

 It is _not_ needed. the ABI of 1.2.0-1 is not changed in 1.2.0-2,
I've even installed the new snappy library version and can still use
chromium without problems. Do you experience any odd behaviour?
